Our responsibilities included creating / updating / maintaining the official website (theawesomeevent.com), setting up WooCommerce to handle ticket sales and private access to resources, designing the logo and digital marketing materials / graphics, designing the name tags and stickers for participants, working with the hotel prior to the event to get rental and AV costs down (saving organizers over 15k in the process), working with the local AV crew to get the livestream through the membership portion of the website for virtual participants, technical support and live chat for those attending online, editing / uploading final recordings, and notifying live and virtual participants of important event information via email broadcasts.
The Awesome Event was a beautiful event full of wonderful people, all working to make the world a better place in multiple different ways!
